Shangri-La Springs, in the heart of downtown Bonita Springs, is a historic center for vitality through healing arts and nature. That ethos permeates all aspects of the property, from the full-service organic spa to the certified organic farm-to-table restaurant that utilizes produce grown on the property itself.

Shangri-La Springs Resort & Spa is growing! We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for this extraordinary historic property to provide outstanding, friendly customer service.

The Sales Coordinator will work directly with Sales Team to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively, and that active client files are communicated with hotel staff and customer service is top notch. If you enjoy working in the hospitality field, can be a team player and have prior hotel or office experience, we want to hear from you.

Full time opportunity available. Schedule TBD in conjunction with the Director of Sales but the Sales Coordinator can expect to work weekends and some nights.

Responsibilities and Duties:
    • A positive, customer service focused attitude
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Utilize company resources to help systems that keep all active sales files
    • Enter and update event and group data into PMS system
    • Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date
    • Customer service and diplomacy
    • Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their active accounts
    • Work with other departments for on group files, billing and communication
    • Phone etiquette and effective writing skills.
    • Able to follow through with all duties and responsibilities as deemed by DOS
    • Able to setup & break down tables and chairs for events if necessary..
This is a full-time opportunity, schedule TBD in conjunction with Director of Sales, but the Sales Coordinator can expect to work some nights and weekends.
