Intake Desk specializes in providing Legal Intake Services for top Law Firms Nationwide that are helping those who have been injured by side effects from dangerous prescription drugs, harmful consumer products and defective medical device implants.
Our state-of-the-art contact center is located in Coconut Creek, Fl and is currently hiring individuals to come join our Intake Specialist team.

Position Description

As an Intake Specialist you will be asking a series qualifying questions for the purpose of compiling important facts about the person who was injured.

• Evaluation of potential client's claim, explaining process and answering questions.
• Position requires the proven ability to quickly make a strong empathetic connection with the potential client and build a relationship from the very first contact.
• Consistent follow up with prospective clients based on company procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must have call center sales experience and strong computer skills
• Have Sales Experience and strong ability to build rapport
• Must be Reliable and Dependable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Outgoing personality
• Strive to provide exceptional service
