Position Summary

As a Sales Enablement Sr Specialist, you will join our global sales team dedicated to the servicing and growth of our market(s). In this role, you will collaborate with other members of the sales team to assist and support sales projects, programs, and promotions. This position reports to the Senior Director of North America Sales & Community Relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop response content, quantify client impact, bring to life capabilities and re-imagine customer experience where applicable
  • Coordinate RFP response and pitch materials based on client needs and strategic growth objectives
  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance of Sales data, tracking bug fixes, file exchange issues, and UI tools/functions for CRM and customer web portals
  • Audits and maintains records (SOX compliance, User access, Partner access)
  • Responsible for maintaining, updating, circulating documents, manuals, guides and reports
  • Responsible for administrative tasks related to Sales onboarding
  • Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
  • Assist with providing information to help measure the financial impact of the sales strategy/programs
  • Assist with competitive sales intel, reporting, and programs
  • Support Global sales teams with market events and activations
  • Supports IT on matters related to Sales programs and CRM platforms
  • Supports efforts to be launched in each system release. Testing and tracking problems/issues to completion
  • Support the development of end user training materials and new business processes
  • Supports the development of community events and activities
  • Performs other duties/functions as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • College degree or an equivalent combination of education and related working experience
  • 2 years of experience working in sales support or an administrative role
  • Critical thinking and investigative skills a must, strong problem solver
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal & written); must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and business partners
  • Must be able to work independently and cross functionally work with internal and external partners
  • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams) and experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) platform (such as Salesforce)
  • Domiciled near the office location, or willing to relocate to the area
  • Legally authorized to work in the country where the office is located

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient with process mapping such as Visio
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodology
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Experience working with a sales organization
  • Basic knowledge of business requirements writing
