Surfboard Factory Hawaii Retail Sales Associate

The largest surfboard inventory in Hawaii with a Factory building boards from scratch from the top brands. Join our unique team of surfboard professionals that aims to supply the best boards in the world for all types of surfers.

Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by helping them select the right board and accessories for their needs.
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner with Aloha.
• Provides outstanding customer service both in store, over the phone, and online sales.
• Processes payments through POS and e-commerce.
• Assists in packing and fulfillment of orders.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• 5 years plus of surfing and related experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
