America’s Floor Source, one of the nation’s largest flooring companies, is seeking a full-time office administrative assistant/sales assistant for its Builder (single and multi-family homebuilders) division in the Indianapolis market. Flooring experience helpful but not required.

Candidates should be extremely detailed and organized, with a positive and energetic attitude and exceptional communication skills. Must have a professional demeanor and the ability to meet or exceed customers' expectations. The primary responsibility is to transfer information from written work orders to a computer database; other duties include scheduling projects and communicating with customers.

Requirements

• Well-versed in Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new software platforms

• Ability to multi-task, remaining focused and productive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent math skills
• Meticulous decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, results oriented, and accountable
