Local Medical and Surgical Supply Company focusing on the Federal Healthcare Market needs an experienced Sale’s Support Professional for an immediate opening.

Primary responsibilities will be to Support Sales and Product Coordination as follows:

Sales Support…70-80% of time will be spent working with outside and inside sales team to support sales functions. This is comprised of distribution of email marketing initiatives, creation and compilation of sales tracking tools including spreadsheets, NetSuite sales reports, price lists, product research, responses to government opportunities, and special marketing projects. Responsible for occasional updates to company website using our web management software. Excel proficiency is required.

• Custom Product Coordination…20-30% of time will be spent managing, coordinating, taking orders, tracking, and quoting Custom Medical/Surgical Products. Often working with multiple departments on short/long term contracts. Excel proficiency is required.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Verifiable MS Office experience specifically Excel. (Will be tested)
• Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment.
• Experience in a support capacity to an outside/inside sales team. Healthcare industry or Government Project Management / sales preferred
• Ability to meet both independent and team deadlines/objectives with attention to detail
• 4-year college degree (Marketing Major is a plus)
• Veterans are a plus – Not Required

Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
