Arnet Pharmaceutical is housed in a 85,000 sq. ft, all air-conditioned, space in Davie, Florida with 300 employees. Our facility includes offices, laboratory, manufacturing and warehouse areas and includes separate rooms for our production machinery. Arnet’s extensive line of products includes a complete range of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and herbal supplements. Arnet also has the capability to do: Tablets, Capsules, Powders, and Chewables.

Essential functions and Responsibilities:

• Provides sales support for all domestic customers, process invoices, handles all questions and concerns
• Obtains basic information to prepare quotes and gathers all required documentation involved in the quotation process
• Sends samples directly to existing or new customers
• Answers specific questions regarding products and their benefits
• Prepares monthly inventory reports (Customer Supplied Components)
• Maintains accurate records for each customer (quotes, orders, prices, packaging, specifications, complaints)
• Provides feedback to management regarding customers
• Responsible to follow orders through the process from entry to shipping in order to provide Customers with accurate updates and status of their order
• Other duties assigned by the immediate Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Business
• 5-10 years inside sales experience and customer service
• Great customer service skills
• Proficient in Outlook and and Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel)
• Strong communication skills
• Detail oriented and multitasking ability

Typical Work Conditions:

• Works in front of a monitor. The job requires sitting for extended periods of time. Walking.
