We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Person to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will have a strong track record in sales and be familiar with a base pay structure with uncapped high bonus incentives. This role is perfect for an individual looking to work regular hours without weekends or evenings.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming sales inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Manage the sales process from start to finish, including follow-up calls and closing deals
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities using our CRM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
