Qualifications

•Prior Sales Experience, interested in a sales career

•Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable

•Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude

•Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up

•Confident, self-starter who works well independently

•Exceptional Business Communication Skills, written and oral

Responsibilities

• Meet high new business production sales goals and objectives as established.

•Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases

•Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales

•Provide exceptional customer service

•Be outstanding at relationship building

•Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay plus paid days off (If Monthly Goals are Met)

Experience:

• Insurance Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish)

License:

• Property and Casualty License (Preferred)
• Life and Health License
