Cool Clean Technologies, a world leader in environmentally friendly CO2 technology innovations for improving manufacturing processes for a wide range of applications is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team. The Sales Representative is responsible for implementing the daily operational sales initiatives, strategies and goals for company assigned product lines and services. Essential Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicate customer and prospect issues to appropriate departments
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Assist with marketing efforts and make suggestions for improvement
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Participate in promotional events as needed (conferences, trade shows, professional organizations, and community business events
- Initial training period of 4-12 months (will shadow existing sales team members and work as inside sales)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Technical and mechanical aptitude preferred and Manufacturing experience and understanding highly desired.
- 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Proven record of successfully managing customer relationships and meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to work in a project-based environment
- Experience with multi-product-oriented companies, high tech applications, large capital equipment and direct sales initiatives desired.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated “self-starter” and able to work with a group or on your own effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Occasional travel in US and possibly internationally. Driver’s license required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Base Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000 with Structed Commission Plan
