ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answers phones and greets customers in a polite & expedient manner.
Look up parts, ensuring the part(s) are correct to the customer’s and Company’s satisfaction.
Establishes strong customer relations.
Meets or exceeds monthly and annual sales plans
Works with outside parts sales to develop and service our customers.
Performs sales related duties or other tasks as assigned by the company.
Keeps working area clean and orderly.
Participates in all recommended training to improve productivity.
Additional duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
Manual dexterity, fine manipulation and the ability to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 70 lbs.
Constantly moving 20 lbs. to move objects.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
High School Diploma, equivalent or higher
Heavy truck parts knowledge preferred
Karmak software knowledge is a plus
Demonstrated customer service excellence
Proven ability to work well in a team
Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and internet functions and other computer software applications.
Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to pass a physical/drug test and background/MVR check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
