Work is at our Fort Myers Facility; training will include working at our Cape Coral location and possibly our Fort Myers location for permanent of employment.

Must Possess the following skillset:

• Must be able to take direction from supervisor and follow directions.
• Must have inside or outside sales experience. (minimum of 3 years)
• Must have superior customer service skills for inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Must have superior customer service skills for helping walk-in retail customers.
• Must have computer skills, and be able to effortlessly navigate and use basic computer programs.

Job Specific Skills:

• Sell via inbound and outbound calling
• Meet, greet, and sell walk-in customers
• Process online orders, prep and prepare and box orders for delivery
• Work and develop the sales and marketing department by extending outstanding customer service to clients while developing new clients.
• Work effortlessly and use computers programs, point of sale, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Shopify. We will train for specific programs, however, must possess good computer skills.

* Starting hourly pay is from $14.50 to $16 per hour + commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
