We are Spartan Power, a rapidly growing company looking to add self-motivated, reliable and talented individuals to join our sales team. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are looking to join a forward-thinking, culture driven, winning organization. Spartans are people with great courage and self-discipline.

We are seeking individuals with sales experience and provide the opportunity for upward and lateral career growth. Sales consultants are responsible for varying parts of the sales process, and our customers rely on us for information, consultation, education and a top-quality experience which starts with the sale.

Compensation

  • Based on performance – earning potential ranges from $95k - $300k + we offer the highest payout in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Track sales and continuously update status reports. Follow up on projects in progress and supply missing documentation
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of sales and/or lead generation experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Coachable and self-motivated
  • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Exceptional critical thinking sand follow up kills
  • Able to perform with minimal supervision
  • Resourceful, able to multitask, problem solve and prioritize

Pay: $95,000.00 - $245,308.71 per year
