Sales Representative - Uniform Services

We are an 90+ year old family owned and operated, uniform/linen company looking for a motivated sales representative to join our expanding organization. Our business is in a significant growth phase and we need individuals with a solid work ethic and time management skills to keep up with demand.
This is an entry level position to learn more about our industry and a successful candidate will have an opportunity to grow within our company. Should the candidate want to move to advance in our sales department or move to our service department, this role provides the tools best suited to promote from within.
To the qualified candidate we offer:

Authorities and Responsibilities
- Up-Selling out existing customer base with additional products and services we provide.
- Cultivate relationships through one on one meetings including introductions thru our CSR, Supervisor, Service Managers and Service Director.
- Consulting with business to understand needs; offer solutions
- Manage all steps of the selling process; coordinate complex decision-making in order to overcome objections to closure.
- Close new business according to targets objectives, and plans
- Provides accurate sales forecasts and reports to management in a timely and consistent manner.
- Manage sales opportunities through our CRM, including data entry, email and phone followups.

Requirements
- 0 - 3 years of sales experience. B2B sales experience is a plus
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbally
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
