Description:
Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Inc. is hiring for Outside Sales.

We specialize in plumbing, heating and cooling homes services and are dedicated to providing our customers with quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

We are looking for an outstanding salesperson to join our team and help us grow our business. This is a commission based position.

Job Responsibilities

• Works with customers to convert repairs to replacements.
• Overcomes technical and business objections for prospective customers.
• Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
• Estimates date of delivery to customer based on product knowledge, order processing, and delivery schedules.
• Prepares reports of business transactions.
• Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
• Investigates and resolves customer problems.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships.
• Complies with required company policy and procedure.
• Communicates with buyers on product shortages or quality issues.

Qualifications

• Must have plumbing sales experience/plumbing experience
• Must have great people skills, the ability to build relationships, and develop customer rapport
• At least 3 years' experience
• Driver's License and good driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a drug test
• Excellent Customer Service / Communication Skills
• Professional Appearance and work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,719.00 - $103,003.00 per year

• Plumbing Sales: 2 years (Required)
