We are currently seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Manager (ISM) to bolster current management’s training and support efforts for our rapidly growing outside sales teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the profitability and operational efficiency of Field Sales Representatives companywide. The ISM provides selling & administrative support by phone to our representatives in the field with the express purpose of helping close deals! Further responsibilities include the in-office training, development, and coaching of Field Sales Representatives.

The ISM is an experienced, self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record of managing outside sales people, a high level of energy, a commitment to great service, and expert-level ability and know how in moving the sales dialogue forward in a one-call-close turnover model.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Provide training and support of the sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
• Lead our customer service department’s order retention efforts by resolving issues and helping satisfy customer needs
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to customers, colleagues, and direct reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Significant prior experience working a sales turnover (T.O.) system, either by phone or in a brick & mortar environment
• Must be interested in training additional sales associates and working within a team environment
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Weekend availability is required
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check prior to employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
