Fusion BPO Services is seeking Full Time Customer Care Professionals for our Business Mobility Technical Support Department.
Our call center is located in Boca Raton, Florida specializing in customer service & sales for AT&T. We offer great career pathing options and are looking for talent that has a drive to succeed and meet customer's needs.

Essential Job Duties - Let us explain what you will do in this position.
- Responsible for all customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot AT&T equipment and system problems
- Problem solve to help customers resolve issues on first call
- Enters data from customers into various software programs
- Appropriately communicate with customers to resolve their inquiries
- Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
- Participates in additional training courses when needed
- Exercise retention efforts when appropriate
- Identify customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms
- Assisting the customer with applicable plan
Requirements you need to meet to get the job done!
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 6 months of contact center experience preferred
- 1year previous customer service experience required
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Logical problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate between various windows

- Ability to understand and empathize with customer’s issues
