LICENSED REAL ESTATE SALES AGENTS WANTED

We are looking for a motivated LICENSED Real Estate Agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great.

REQUIREMENTS: Active real estate license.

SKILLS YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL ON OUR TEAM:

Daily Activities (include, but not limited to):

• Prosecting for clients
• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
• Build relationships with potential clients and nurture them until they are ready to sell/purchase.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
