Full description of the position

We are hiring 2-3 EXPERIENCED moving room closers. Experience with Granot vastly preferred.

Strong telemarketing sales experience required.

Moving brokerage experience is required. If you are an experienced closer with full-cycle sales experience, we want you.

Commission:

We have some of the best rates in the industry.
300 weekly base plus 20-25% commission depending on your sales figures.
Weekly checks vary from $1,000 - over $4,000 depending on the strength of the closer.

Comp Schedule:

Daily base of $80 a day when quota is met, $60 when it is not.

What we're looking for:

- Strong closing ability with experience selling moves in a call room.

- Self-motivated and able to work well with a team.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Familiar with Granot.

- Persuasive and not afraid to dive in.

- Punctual, professional, and a desire to make A LOT of money.

Hours: Monday through Thursday 10:00am to 6:00pm, Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Boynton Beach, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Selling moves in a call room: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Call center sales: 1 year (Required)
