Position: Inside Sales - Batteries

Ohlin Sales Inc dba OSI Batteries, a leader in wholesale and medical battery dist., is looking for a flexible, well-organized candidate to join the growing sales team. This role has a starting salary of $47k with expectations of $5,000-$15,000+ additional take home pay from commissions! Position Summary: The Inside Sales Representative will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. You will demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism with customers. You will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers.

Sales Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Develops maximum sales potential through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of the company's batteries and services as well as the competition's strengths/weaknesses
• Research non-active customers and develop a win-back customer plan.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails
• Actively cultivate new customers using appropriate sales techniques

Education and Experience

• 2+ years Inside Sales experience including cold-calling required
• Knowledge and experience with e-mail software, word processing software, spreadsheet software, customer relationship management software
• Battery sales experience preferred but not required
• NetSuite experience preferred but not required
• B2B experience preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 per year
