Solar Sales Consultant - ORANGE COUNTY (South County) [Can be remote and/or part-time]

- Hiring All Sales Positions - Solar Experience Preferred or Sales Background in lieu of Direct Experience
Qualifications:
- Solar experience or Experienced Sales Background
- Ability to generate and close own leads
- In-house warm & hot leads will be provided to qualified team members
- Scheduled and set appointments will provided to qualified team members
- Sets challenging goals and drives to successful completion
- Demonstrated passion for customer service
- High impact communication skills
- Commitment to continuous self-improvement
- Excels in a team setting, working effectively in a fast-changing environment
Responsibilities:
- Represent Plan It Sierra Solar professionally
- Account management from closed won to installation through our CRM tool.
- Post sales earning program
- Effectively prioritize calendar to achieve demanding monthly sales targets
- Build referral and self generated leads in addition to company generated leads.
- Participating in ongoing training, development and certifications
- Communicating and sharing best practices with other team members
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas set by sales leadership
- Generate referrals from providing exceptional customer service
- Manage Pipeline of sales and customer touch points

- Reliable Transportation with Valid Drivers license
