Full description of the position

Purpose:

The position location is in Charlotte, Indiana or Remote.

Do you enjoy working in a fast paced, highly analytical account management position with a leading customer? The Director of Omni Retail Sales works directly with key Omnichannel retail customers and cross-functional teams to drive customer advocacy and sales growth. This is accomplished by alignment with counterparts to drive a cohesive omni-channel strategy, managing programs, policies and procedures, and analyzing data to identify sales trends, sales drivers, and build plans to develop countermeasures where gaps exist. In addition to working closely with the Omnichannel Retail Team this role will collaborate with Finance, Customer Solutions, Operations, Product Marketing, and Omnichannel Retail Marketing counterparts.


Delta Faucet Company has a fast pace and challenging opportunity for a Director of Omni Retail Sales to join our Omnichannel Retail Team!

  • Grow Lowes omnichannel faucet and repair part business
  • Ability to have strong customer relationships and be seen as a leader within the entire account
  • Lead deployment of key growth levers including promotional planning and execution, performance metrics, and trends
  • Align and implement sales goals and priorities with key internal and external decision makers
  • Strategically negotiate customer program for profitable growth
  • Lead internal and customer-facing meetings to drive engagement and accountability\
  • Partner across the internal Lowes account management and omnichannel retail marketing team to build and align strategies and tactics
  • Develop and own cross-brand, cross-functional, and cross-BU relationships that will drive outstanding eCommerce strategies
  • Accountable for operational controls, including forecasting, budgeting, and supply chain coordination
  • Implement root cause analysis and deploy counter measures where critical


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • BS in a Business or Marketing related field and 7-10 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Account Management Experience with a major omnichannel retail customer leading a sizeable book of business summing more than $150M+
  • Strong Financial Competence
  • Ability to analyze and quickly interpret data from various sources.
  • Capacity to optimally form relationships, informally influence, and concisely communicate sophisticated topics at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly motivated and able to inventively tackle problems while ensuring decision making and engagement occurs at the right levels within the organization.
  • Thrives in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
  • Travel is required. Depending on location could be up to ~35%-40% of the time.
