Job Description: Sales Support

Job Summary:

Sales Support aids the account management team with generating inbound requests, creating master quote files, and responding to client and prospect queries. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal oriented.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Performs data entry duties including creating customer/vendor profiles and entering new quotes in Quantum.
• Assists with order processing, expediting and updating open orders SO/PO.
• Identifies where improvement is needed in sales practices and makes suggestions for improvements.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or similar role in the aviation industry.
• MRO/145 repair station experience would be an added value.
• Quantum experience is a PLUS!
• Proven track record of positive sales performance.
