Tamarack Industries is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in direct business to business sales – preferably in the plastics or packaging industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new leads through networking, prospecting, and industry research
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Negotiate with potential clients and close sales
• Provide customer service in facilitating orders, shipments and customer needs
• Maintain and update the customer database in Tamarack’s CRM
• Attend industry events and trade shows as needed

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of sales experience in business-to-business sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)

Base Salary $36,000-65,000 per year depending on qualifications.
