Legacy Opportunities is a staffing firm that works in markets of the Carolinas to identify candidates for local reputable companies. We are currently working with the top insurance groups to locate key applicants to facilitate growth in the Wilmington, NC and surrounding areas.

We are looking to fill Account Specialist roles to maintain and increase market share for leading insurance firms in the group employee benefits with businesses. This position is ideal for candidates who want to develop and grow into a managerial position. The firms we represent have mentorship programs in place to provide professional development. Leaders with these companies will be devoted to helping you sustain success during and after an on-boarding process. While in training your mentor will teach you key business and operation strategies while gaining knowledge of the top insurance firms in collaboration with their upper management. The day to day will include managing existing accounts, gaining new clients, weekly reports, and professional development opportunities. After exhibiting proficiency in all of the above, advancement within the company will be presented.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
