Location: Greater Seattle Area

Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 5 + years in Landscape including or in addition to 3 years in a lead or supervisory position; Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is a must

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Regular Business Hours

Pay: $65-75k/yr based on experience

Logic Staffing PRO is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! Our client, a reputable Commercial Landscaping business is seeking to add a member to their team to maintain current accounts, manage a team of up to 20, and be the right-hand person to the Division Manager.

Job Description:

• Oversee 5-6 Commercial landscape maintenance crews between Seattle, Woodinville, N. Bend and Kent
• Set routes and schedules, coordinate staffing needs
• Collaborate with branch leadership on performance of crews through on time reporting
• Primary POC for customers – ensure happiness with services and offer additional ways to support their landscaping and maintenance needs
• Conduct employee reviews, recommend for advancement, and any discipline action needed for your direct reports
• Maintain, manage, and keep an organized fleet of trucks, equipment, and materials
• Decision-making authority, requiring frequent independent deliberation

Job Requirements:

• Intermediate to advanced math
• Intermediate understanding or Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, and volume
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid drivers license issued by the state where employed – clean driving record for past 3 years
• All a plus but not required: Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) and/or other relevant licenses including; Pesticide License, Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT), and Concrete Paver Institute (ICPI)
