Summary

The Sales Representative is the first person to speak to a potential patient about Weight Loss Surgery. This person answers questions, shares information and works with the patient to get a consultation scheduled with one of our surgeons. The role requires someone with compassion. And also excels in multi-tasking and time management. Experience with Weight Loss Surgery is preferred.

This is full-time with hybrid flexibility

Starting pay is $20-$23 per hour w/ monthly and quarterly performance bonus

​​Role and Responsibilities​

• Answers potential patient inquiries regarding bariatric procedures
• Prioritizes daily leads/inquiries
• Promote online seminars
• Communicate with patients through calls, emails and text
• Maintains open communication between staff and patients of changes and updates
• Ensures timely and proper documentation of new patients are completed
• Assists all departments to ensure smooth transition of patients through process/enrollment
• Track leads in our CRM program
• Learn and Schedule in our EHR system

​​Qualifications and Education Requirements​

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 year sales experience
• Bilingual a plus not required
