Job Responsibilities

• Sales tasks including lead generation, follow-up, quotations and negotiation
• Cold calling potential customers
• Adhere to all policies and procedures
• detailed knowledge of specific products, restrictions, and legal guidelines
• Utilize the Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting all activities, and develop robust information profiles on prospective customers to facilitate the acquisition of new business
• Proactively communicate with customers and leads
• Ability to communicate technical product information to customers
• Identify/develop leads and acquire new accounts

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Kitchen, Bath and/or HVAC sales experience preferred
• 3-5 years construction and/ or Appliance parts sales experience preferred
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and strong negotiation skills
• Eager to learn the business and able to offer creative ideas on ways to continuously improve it
• Be self motivated and proactive
• Ability to work in a team oriented atmosphere as well as alone
• Proficiency with Google suite/ Microsoft office tools and CRM systems
• Computer literacy is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
