Job Description: Account Manager

Summary:

Campany Roof Maintenance is looking to fill an immediate full-time opportunity for a dynamic Account Manager. We are looking for a results-driven sales/account management professional to actively seek out (prospect) and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Manage pipeline of sales from lead through to completed job.
• Manage pipeline of Accounts Receivable for sold jobs.
• Assist with the production management of each job sold.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in a Sales or Account Management role.
• Pure hunter mentality in regard to prospecting and developing new customers
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related computer systems.
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Excellent solution selling skills
• Top level communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to be a self-starter and work with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Knowledge of CRM’s a plus
• BS/BA degree a plus
• Prior roofing experience/roofing sales a plus

Reports to:

Director of Sales, Division VPs and Presidents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Roofing: 1 year (Required)
• sales: 1 year (Preferred)
