The Heyl Group is a National Expansion Team based out of Austin, TX with one of its largest expansions in greater Atlanta, and is one of the top 5 KW Real Estate teams on the planet. Our method is simple - train a small team of elite real estate agents to handle a large amount of real estate leads with access to leverage. Agent Expectations:

  • Agents will be responsible for converting inbound leads to appointments and signed clients. Agents will maintain an active pipeline of business and work both buyers AND sellers.
  • Attend continuing education on the evolving real estate market.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Google Apps/Calendar, Salesforce, MLS, and other technologies as needed.
  • Accurately present The Heyl Group’s unique value proposition to prospective clients and utilize partner services.
  • Attend weekly huddles and script practice trainings until proficient in lead conversion.
  • Exceed minimum volume of 20+ closed transactions per year (25-30 is average).
  • Attend annual Heyl Homecoming in Austin, TX

Requirements:

  • Real Estate License Required
  • Completion of Personality Assessment (link will be sent after applying)

  • Passion for people and a fast paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work 35-45 hours per week, including some nights and weekends.
  • 1-2 years Sales experience preferred
