Regional Sales Manager

Base salary + Commission

Flexpipe is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our top sales-potential territory: Southeastern USA. This territory has been partially developed, but not to its full potential. Since 2011, Flexpipe has been manufacturing modular material handling systems made with tubes and joints. This creative product with tremendous growth potential is highly valued by customers in various manufacturing industries. Customers with LEAN MANUFACTURING production methodologies are extremely interested in our modular system and products. We stand out from the competition in the following ways:

Automotive and Aerospace are the most popular fields in the Southeastern region, as well as multiple manufacturing companies undergoing continuous improvement (Tier-1, Tier-2, OEMs). There is significant potential for repeat business.

  • Rigorously prospect for and acquire new business (B2B), and follow-up daily from various online lead sources generated by strong marketing team.
  • Use of CRM. Must capture all activities with prospects and customers.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing support, technical information, advice, research, and recommendations to improve partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure customer service requirements are met.
  • Work remotely in your residence and travel 8-10 days per month for customer visits within the allocated states in this sales territory.
  • Attendance at a few tradeshows in your sales area.
  • Attendance required at our head office for training purposes (twice a year).
  • Requirements:

    • Driver’s License.
    • Personal vehicle.
    • Proven sales experience in manufacturing environments, focus on business development (3-5 years).
    • Experience in achieving sales targets
    • Process oriented with strong attention to detail
    • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. Strong follow-up skills.
    • Strong computer skills. Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
    • CRM experience required.
    • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
    • High level of integrity and a strong commitment to building a successful company
