Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists contractors and walk-in customers with all orders including scheduling and deliveries
• Provides customer service, primarily for contractors/walk-in customers
• Actively engages in selling company products/services and related items
• Provides material estimates and quotes for contractors
• Other duties may be assigned

Required Skills

• Knowledge of lumber and building materials or residential construction
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with computers, MS Office, and have good typing skills

Required Experience & Education

• Minimum education required: High School Diploma
• Minimum 1 year in building material industry with basic knowledge of products and applications
