Fayetteville Automall is looking to fill current open positions for our Internet Sales Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Contact internet clients via email and phone to schedule a sales appointment to respond to customer website requests (internet inquires)

• Making Appointments with Internet leads and inbound phone calls.
• Send vehicle information to prospective customers, quotes, and emails.
• Answer ALL incoming phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script, and schedule a sales appointment.
• Answer Sales calls and make Sales appointments.
• Log ALL customer comments into the Customer Relations Management (CRM) System.
• Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made in CRM.
• Confirm scheduled appointments with future and current Happy Fayetteville Automall clients.
• Re-schedule “no-show" customer appointments.
• Purify and update customer changes in the database.
• Contact current customer base on current marketing incentives.
• Respond to customer website requests (internet inquiries).
• Contact internet clients via e-mail and phone to schedule a sales appointment. .
• Forward ANY customer concerns to the correct department Manager and follow up.

Requirements for employment

• At least 1 year of previous call center experience preferred
• Previous Sales experience preferred
• Computer skills typing, data entry, etc.
• Pleasant and engaging phone persona
• Proven track record
• Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
• Team-oriented
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
