Amo Realty is a leading real estate brokerage that services all of Massachusetts. We're currently planning to hire a small group of real estate agents to join our team in Central MA in 2023.

Amo Realty's first office, Boston City Properties, was founded in 2007. BCP is a leader in the Boston real estate market.

We provide buyer, seller & Zillow sales leads to our agents and help everyone stay fully booked along the front lines of the busy Massachusetts real estate market.

We own websites such as [please apply online] MassachusettsApartments.com and over 70 other websites that help bring in leads each day.

We offer extremely high splits, including a 95% split at the 3 year mark at Amo Realty.

We're mainly looking for experienced agents that have sold at least a few properties in the calendar year prior to joining Amo Realty.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
