Maintenance Sales Consultant

We are seeking a charismatic, customer-focused individual to join our growing team. This position is responsible for growing profitable sales by creating compelling value as a trusted advisor within our business segments.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently generate new business opportunities by marketing and promoting the Company on a full-time basis
• Ability to establish customer rapport and identify needs
• Prepare and present customer solutions to satisfy business problems and service expectations

• Manage proposals and KPIs to consistently close sales

• Maintain an active backlog of quotes to ensure goals are consistently achieved
• Promptly address customer concerns to assist with resolution and maintain positive, long-term relationships
• Further develop sales and technical skills through ongoing training and education
• Actively participate in industry professional and networking organizations

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills that will solidify prospect, customer and business partner relationships
• A positive and collaborative outlook/attitude
• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience
