Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing team for all internal and client facing meetings.
• Tracking all internal status meetings and managing client requests post-meeting.
• Own all budget documents and finance related process including but not limited to:
• Working closely with AE(s) to keep budgets updated.
• Ensures all scope changes are entered into Workamajig, signed/approved by the client in a timely manner.
• Owns all Job # Requests and ensures other internal departments continue partner closely with account team.
• Manages monthly project reconciliation process with finance and AE to ensure team is kept up to date on project budget(s).
• Assists AE with traffic process including new jobs, internal and client project approvals.
• Owns project management systems in order to be the go-to person for any request from the client or the team.
• Work closely with AE and internal departments to create and manage content for email marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Must live in Las Vegas, Nevada.
• Understanding of social media channels and strategy
• Incredibly organized and process-oriented,
• Looks for opportunities to support team and business when possible
• Proactive and inquisitive; possess the ability to seek solutions, and know when to ask for guidance
• Ability to manage multiple projects and simultaneously prioritize
• Maintains professionalism and a positivity throughout all tasks big and small
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related experience.
• Established understanding of marketing and advertising
• Prior agency experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29,513.78 - $45,000.00 per year
