We are one of the leading tool manufacturers in the US.

What you will be doing...

You will have a team of 8 Territory Managers under your guidance. These managers are working remote in different parts of the US. You will travel 25%-30% of the time to their territories and for trade events/shows.

Execute the planning and strategies of the sales operations.

Develop and implement sales tactics to enhance customer's accounts and acquire new clients.

Manage the KPIs, budget, sales forecast, pipeline, and revenue expectations.

What you need to know...

Must have a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree

Minimum 10 years of Sales Management experience with a team of 8 or more.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong decision maker and leadership capabilities.
