[please apply online] currently have an opportunity to join the Venair team as an Inside Sales for our sales branch in Miami Gardens (Florida).

For this, the main tasks and responsibilities are listed below:

• Process purchase orders from customers
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate and process post-sales inquiries from customers
• Provide customers with transactional information (delivery, terms, logistics, etc.)
• Deal directly with corporate headquarters in Spain in order to manage shipments, problems, delivery times, prices, etc.
• Communicate with Inside and Outside sales team to maximize customer experience
• Other duties and administrative tasks as assigned

The essential qualifications and skills for this position are listed below:

• Background: commerce, operations planning, customer/user experience, business administration, economics, customer service or similar roles
• Fully authorized and permitted to work in the United States
• Highly organized and process-oriented
• Highly developed communication skills
• Fluency in English language, additional fluency in Spanish language highly preferred
• Experience in office administration: 1-2 years required

Salary: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
