Job Summary: Sales & Marketing Specialist assists clients through each step of the sales process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking and shipping orders efficiently. They also identify and create lists of potential clients while maintaining databases of sales.

Manage SAP reports for the sales team
Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
Answering and screening internal and external phone calls and emails.
Manage sample requests and follow-ups
Digital and email marketing support
Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required
ManageTrade Show Support
Support the customer complaint process
Provide assistance to management team members and executives as needed
Manage Knowde – Digital Marketing
Manage all third party promotional pieces & publications
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) portal
Support on customer pricing and quoting customers
Inside Sales / Follow-up on new sales opportunities
Sales account qualifications
Data Mining / Report Generation / Market Research
Any other assigned duties
Required Experience regarding the job
Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field preferred.
Needs to have at least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets using V-lookup and pivot tables, including other data management software
Demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar.
SAP experience preferred
Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements.
Experience with sales industry software
Time management and organization including calendar management, to handle multiple projects at one time and complete tasks efficiently and quickly.
Have strong professional conversation etiquette, especially in person and over the phone when interacting with company representatives, clients, and customers.
Clear communication and the ability to explain concepts in simple terms are used to help the customer work through problems and accurately describe products.
Should be able to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products and orders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,401.58 - $71,954.91 per year
