Fountain Pools is looking for hungry, driven sales professionals to join our Sales Designer team. We offer custom training for our sales team on our our digital design studio We offer an amazing commission structure, opportunities for overages, and year-end bonus opportunities for the motivated individual seeking a lucrative career in swimming pools, spa, and outdoor kitchen sales.

Location: On the road

Position Type: Full-Time

Rate: 100% Commission, rate depends on experience

What you would do:

• Conduct “Design Consultation” where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of pool ownership.
• After assessing customer needs and expectations, designs and recommends a backyard pool utilizing professional pool design software.
• Conducts immediate and scheduled follow up appointments.
• Conduct “Design Presentation” where the salesperson presents Company, provides differentiation and explains the process of building a pool to customers using presentation binder.
• Provide a completed contract packet to business manager for approval.
• Build referral relationships.
• Create and maintains change orders for customers.
• Exceed customer expectations.

What we need:

• Minimum 2 Years Sales Experience
• Minimum 2 Years Construction Experience
• Motivated and Energetic attitude
• Team Player
• College Degree (Preferred)
• US Work Authorization
• Valid Drivers License
