Full description of the position

We are looking for a motivated, trustworthy, and reliable person to join our solar sales team (Eclipse). On this team you will market and sell industry leading solar panels. Our average commission paid per job sold is $5,350, but can range from $3,000-$15,000+ depending on the size of the project sold.

The ideal candidate will have a professional manner and be capable of confidentially interacting with customers, as well as be highly organized. A candidate with sales experience would be especially valuable to our organization, but we would also welcome the applications of candidates who are interested in learning about the inner workings of the solar industry. This position requires you to travel to and from sales territories and there are opportunities for advancement within the company.

This is a 10-99 100% Commission position, with completely uncapped earnings potential. An average Sales Consultant will make $117,000 in their first 12 months. Our top performers make between $500,000-$700,000/year.

Responsibilities:

• Canvass neighborhoods and qualify homes for solar.
• Communicate with homeowners on benefits of solar and set appointments.
• Guide customers throughout the full sales cycle (first appointment to install).
• Travel to and from assigned sales territory.
• Represent Total Care Installs with professionalism at all times.
• Participate in ongoing trainings and team meetings.
• Demonstrate proper communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Must have reliable transportation, cellphone with data, and a laptop.
