OnPoint Lab is a high complexity lab located in Sugarland TX, which is serving many doctors in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Beaumont, Baytown, and in the Greater Houston area. Our lab specializes in urine and oral toxicology, routine blood, DNA, RPP, COVID-19 and MCCP testing using cutting edge technology. Our goal is to provide the highest quality products and services to patients, individual physicians, small and large clinics, multi-specialty groups, hospitals, nursing homes, and other medical facilities.

About the Role:
Onpoint Lab is searching for a highly motivated and successful marketing professional. We are looking for an individual who likes to take initiative and have a proactive approach. This person will be responsible for all sales activities starting with lead generation through successful account management. This position requires a top performer who will attain strong market penetration. Must be a self-starter driven to succeed. The individual will be trained on all the tests offered by OnPoint lab, also will be guided on marketing strategies.
Responsibilities;
Although not an all-inclusive list, the following are some of the duties and expectations for this position:
· Learn about OnPoint Labs tests and procedures then establish a go-to-market sales strategy.
· Creatively pursuing new leads on your own.
· Building a referral list that continually grows because of your follow-up
· Formulate a marketing campaign to generate and meet with prospective leads.
· Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice.
· Travel to and perform business presentations with existing and new clients.
· Track and report daily sales activities to your Director of Sales.
· Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
· Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
· Medical sales experience
· Proficient with Microsoft office 365 (preferred)
· Time management skills for juggling multiple (and sometimes competing) deadlines and deliverables
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience with providing great customer service and follow-through.
· Professionalism, to include dependability, accountability, and punctuality
· Experience in generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
