Client Services / Sales Specialist Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of work experience.
• Must own PC with Windows 10/11 or Mac with latest operating system. Computer or Mac must have sufficient processor speed and RAM to support audio connectivity through a USB headset and to support multiple windows open simultaneously (proof of system specs required).
• Must have reliable and sufficient high-speed internet service as outlined by the company to maintain consistent, uninterrupted connectivity and complete required work tasks. (Proof of internet and speed test required)
• Must be able to commit to an uninterrupted, 8 hour-shift with a quiet, designated at-home office environment free of distractions.
• Provide product knowledge and reservation information for hotels, cruises, and car rentals with a focus on upselling, upgrading & add-on options to enhance company revenue while adhering to the company guidelines.
• Possess the ability to overcome objections & provide resolutions to retain clients.
• Adhere to the company’s client verification process and maintain client records by updating account information.
• Provide professional & courteous phone etiquette.
• Possess the ability to work independently.
• Contribute to a positive team effort by accomplishing related tasks and results as needed within required time.
• English required. Bilingual/Spanish a plus+; Ability to fully comprehend both written and spoken languages.
• Sales & Customer Service Call Center/Chat SMS experience preferred.
• Travel booking experience a plus+.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Salary: $17.00 per hour for the first 90 days. (Possible salary increase after successful completion of training, evaluation, and completion of 90 days of employment)
• Additional compensation for bilingual individuals (English/Spanish) upon successful completion of training, evaluation, and 90 days of employment.
• Part of the training will be on-site at our Corporate Office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
