Director of Sales - Hospice Sales

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Director of Sales in Los Angeles, CA.

This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted senior living operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a competitive salary of $110,000 to $140,000 depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare preferred
• 2+ years of experience in long-term care, hospice, home health, palliative care, or hospital environment
• Prior experience as a customer service representative in healthcare
• Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship building
• Aptitude for sales

Responsibilities

• Increasing referrals and admissions within assigned territory
• Establishing relationships with local hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, clinics, and other referral sources including caregivers, Nurse Practitioners, Home Health Aides, LPNs, and RNs
• Proactively seeking out potential clients
