Aramark Uniform Services in NE Minneapolis is seeking motivated and independent Route Delivery Sales Driver/Relief Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their dynamic Minneapolis workforce.

In this client-facing role, you will execute functions regarding the delivery and pickup of goods to-and- from customers. You will follow a daily route on which you will visit between 20 and 45 customers per day. Throughout your deliveries, you will work to promote Aramark, our core values, products and services.

Essentially, the Route Delivery Sales Driver/Relief Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the first line of customer contact -- striving to retain and increase our Business to Business sales. AUS operates in a very competitive environment and successful Route Delivery Sales Driver/Relief Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) must be able to balance exceptional customer service with meeting and exceeding individual sales growth goals.

As advocates for the organization, our Customer Service Representative Drivers strive to generate goodwill and loyalty for the organization while performing their work in a professional manner at all times.

JOB TYPE : Full-time, 1st shift

SALARY : $25.62/hour to start, PLUS bonuses & commissions, including signing bonus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position works in an industrial laundry environment. This position will spend the majority of the day in a vehicle traveling to customer locations. Customer locations may be heavy industrial settings, medical offices, school, offices, or hospitality establishments. Exposure to adverse and varying weather conditions which may include extreme hot/cold temperatures depending on geographical location. Fast-paced environment requiring irregular and long hours.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

As a Route Delivery Sales Driver/Relief Customer Service Representative (CSR), you must maintain a clean, professional and tidy personal appearance. You must also always practice appropriate lifting and carrying techniques as well as take every safety measure while driving.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent driving record.

• Lifting Ability up to 50+ pounds and load/unload product from truck without assistance.

• Push and Pull ability (with assistance) up to 300 pounds.
• Requires bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.
• Ability to work 8-10 hours per day.
• Excellent communication, writing and math skills.
• Proficiency with English [Spoken and Written]
• Capability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Capability to work with people and teams in a collaborative and supportive manner strongly desired.
• Minimum 1 year of previous customer service, delivery or route sales experience preferred, but not required.
