Appointment Setter Summary (Full time Monday-Friday): This position is responsible for the growth of the company’s market share through B2B appointment setting with qualified decision makers

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound phone “cold calls” and emails
• Make 50+ meaningful outbound calls per day to prospective clients via salesforce
• Manage a pipeline of leads focusing on qualifying and moving to opportunities
• Develop, nurture, and build relationships in database
• Ability to articulate our company’s solutions
• Develop and improve objection handling skills
• Schedule meetings with decision makers and Vice President of Sales
• Desire and ability to take on more responsibility over time
• Achieve quotes for developing qualified leads, e.g., via # of activities, calls, emails etc

Required Skills/Abilities:

• CRM experience – salesforce a plus
• Self-driven with a demonstrated ability to work independently
• Must be able to communicate clearly and frequently both verbally and in writing
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Good customer service skills
• Professional demeanor
• Strong analytical Skills
• Good problem-solving skills with high sense of urgency

Education and Experience:

• 1-2 years of B2B Sales experience in service industry (Preferred)
• High School diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
