Joining Us:

As the Sales & Marketing Director your responsibilities include, Assisting with the Sales and Marketing, Census Development, Customer Service, and Inquiry Management. Must have an overall understanding of the operations of the Assisted Living Community including regulatory compliance. Must demonstrate a passion for working with seniors and lead by example as an influential team member

Responsibilities include:

Sales and Marketing -Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential referral sources. On-going networking and business development with senior interest groups. Develop a comprehensive quarterly marketing plan. Keep an accurate and updated competitive analysis of all competitors within our market.

Census Development -Maintain the monthly budgeted census through effective tracking and documentation of all inquiries, tours, and effective follow-up. Must have the ability to advance the process to a successful close.

Customer Service -Ensure that all employees understand the importance of the marketing and sales process including tour training, telephone etiquette, and the commitment to the Mission Statement, Vision, and Core Values of Inspirit Senior Living.

Preferred Qualifications:

College degree preferred.

Previous sales and Marketing experience in senior living, 1-2 years required.

Problem solving skills.

Must be detailed oriented and have strong computer skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities, be organized, and have excellent communication skills.

Adaptability and flexibility with hours worked and off hours.
