JRM Enterprises Inc., has an opportunity for Landscape Salesperson, to lead our growth efforts in this space. We are a professional landscape company based in Littleton, Colorado since 1983. We are continually growing and we are currently in need of a Landscape Salesperson. This individual must have commercial landscape sales experience to match our goals and high standards. An individual who is also able to sell Design-Build residential projects would be preferred. Our focus is on quality, client satisfaction, providing turn-key commercial landscape maintenance, and creating beautiful, functional, award-winning landscapes.

Job Description:

The Landscape Salesperson will be responsible to grow our company through commercial, industrial, office and HOA's by selling multi-year landscape maintenance service contracts and enhancement projects. Because we are a small, but quickly growing business, this individual will also be selling residential landscape construction. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prospect and develop a pipeline of potential clients and will be able to differentiate the services offered from the competition. We are looking for a proven track record of at least 3 years of prior landscape sales experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify new commercial landscape maintenance prospects, opportunities and generate company brand awareness through associations and community events
• Meet with potential clients to identify their needs, walk their properties, create and present our services to meet or exceed client expectations, follow up on proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
• Meeting and exceed established sales goals
• Work with the operations team to complete projects, to determine appropriate pricing, and to update our systems

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape sales, maintenance, and construction
• Understanding of how to create and sell landscape maintenance contracts
• Time Management
• CRM Management
• Good communication skills oral/written/phone
• Ability to work effectively and communicate with people
• Proven track record of selling and closing contracts
• Math skills
• Understanding how to create a functional landscape experience

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license

Pay: Base salary $26k/year + commission
