This is a fully REMOTE position. We are looking for someone on East Coast or Central Time zones who will work East Coast hours.
We are a growing IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) looking for an Inside Sales Manager to head up a team of about six Business Development Representatives. We are looking for someone with Inside Sales experience in an IT MSP or IT related services company. You must experience with the Infrastructure technology stack.
We are looking for someone who has experience working with Sales Sequencing tools such as Outreach or Salesloft.
This role is for a high energy individual who can lead, coach and mentor a team and pass that enthusiasm on to others! We service clients across the country and rapidly growing as we acquire other companies! You will have a very visible and pivotal role in our growth!

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- Identifying daily, monthly, and annual trends and creating action plans to attain goals
- Conducting frequent coaching sessions with BDR's to guide them through the sales process
- Provide ongoing coaching to BDR's utilizing business specific tools [please apply online] Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Performs daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reviews to ensure achievement of sales goals
- Exemplify strong daily presence to monitor and motivate sales team towards achievement of goals
- Monitor performance and productivity levels of the BDR's to ensure daily achievement of goals
- Responsible for actively building relationships with other departments and field sales organization
- Works within budget/financial objectives to design and implement sales incentives
- Be an active and integral member of a dynamic team
- Develop and maintain relationships with diverse personalities within an organization
- Understand client needs and effectively translate into compelling value proposition(s)
- Self-directed continuous improvement of sales and technical knowledge
- Be a new business catalyst with the ability and capacity to ramp quickly
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years in inside sales with 1+ years supervising a team
- Experience in an IT MSP or IT related services company
- Strong ability to develop a professional rapport, overcome objections and persuade while maintaining a dynamic and professional demeanor
- Track record of exceeding quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficient experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Experience with Sales Sequencing tools such as Outreach or Salesloft

We offer you the opportunity to join a growing company with an excellent base salary range of $100K to $140K base DOE up to possibly $150K-$200K total comp if on target!
Paid Holidays - 11
PTO - 4.6 hours accrued every two weeks (3 weeks yearly)
Sick Time - 40 hours yearly
Commission Plan - with commission potential total comp of 2X base salary
Retirement Plan - 401k with 0.75% match per 1% contributed
