OVERVIEW
Parsec currently sells through a reseller and distribution network. We are building a direct sales team to focus on strengthening our relationships at our channel partners, as well as develop new reseller partners throughout the country. We are adding new reseller partners monthly. We have multiple openings from entry level sales to seasoned sales professionals. We are looking for the right candidates that want to work hard and play hard! We will train the right candidates that are energetic and have the desire to succeed and make a LOT of money. Looking for HUNTERS that want to wake up every day and SELL, SELL, SELL!!!! You will have uncapped earning potential!
Parsec has a large customer base that includes many vertical markets including Public Sector, Enterprise, and IoT. As a Sales Associate/Executive, you will travel to customers, partners, trade shows, and events as required. You will be tasked with accelerating and driving new sales of Parsec antennas in your assigned territory. This highly focused and driven sales professional will be in charge of all sales activity in your territory and keeping record of your activity in our CRM database. Successful candidates will utilize intelligent sales plans, trusted relationship building, and consistent follow up with our authorized distributors and resellers to close and manage new business.
We run monthly contests for a chance to earn even more money. We are looking for winners that want to win and be fast-tracked for a promotion.
Previous wireless network sales preferred but not required. This is a sales job selling business to business, with great earning potential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively with channel partners to plan and execute sales acceleration programs for Parsec antennas.
- Support all sales needs and drive growth within the market.
- Plan and report on sales activities, programs and revenue growth progress utilizing CRM for all aspects of account management.
- Become a sales expert in LTE, 5G, and related wireless technologies.
- Prioritize between long and short-term opportunities and challenges based on ROI and business rationale to drive sales acceleration priorities.
- Visit, train and support Parsec’s channel partners and their staff throughout territory.
- Collect and synthesize input from all covered accounts and deliver a simplified message to management on ways to improve product, sales process, and partner support.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must live in the DFW area and work out of the Plano, TX office and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Spirit of an entrepreneur with excellent relationship management skills.
- Minimum of two years sales experience.
- Four year college degree from an accredited institution or relevant industry experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Detailed and documented knowledge of sales cycle including quota attainment success preferred.
- Expert closer with exceptional follow up and follow through skills.
- Master of account development, execution and follow on business.
- Understands and practices the concept of complete customer service.
- Exceptional analytical reasoning skills.
- Must possess and be able to apply critical thinking skills to make intelligent and defendable decisions in a fast paced environment.
- Strong ability to understand both technical details and practical business application of how enterprises use various networking and connectivity solutions.
- Must demonstrate strategic thinking and thought leadership, as well as ability to lead initiatives through implementation.
- Excellent communication skills including ability to persuasively deliver presentations to senior executives, partners and customers.
- Fast executor, self-starter.
